Every paid plan's dynamic QR limit already includes your one Free Forever QR — it is not on top of the total shown. The Lifetime Dynamic QR is a one-off A$29 purchase, not a subscription, and stacks on top of any plan (including Free).

Pro, Business and Agency also include FreeQR's QR-powered Sign-In Solutions — run QR sign-in, inductions and attendance for a construction site or a workplace's visitors, put a QR equipment passport on any asset, and collect feedback or issue reports from a standalone QR — without a separate subscription.
One thing is Business/Agency-only: automatic email alerts for new equipment faults, feedback submissions and service/inspection reminders. On Pro, everything above works fully in the dashboard — just without FreeQR emailing you automatically.
The fine print, in plain English
- Monthly plans bill monthly until you cancel. Annual plans bill yearly until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime from Billing — you keep paid features until the end of the billing period.
- If you downgrade, your QR codes are never deleted. Your Free Forever QR — the first dynamic QR you created — stays active, and any subscription-backed QR codes pause until you upgrade again.
- The A$29 lifetime QR is a one-off payment. It never expires, even if you cancel a subscription.
- Static QR codes are free and unlimited on every plan, no account needed.
