How bulk QR generation works
Upload a CSV, paste a list or table copied from a spreadsheet, or type rows in manually — each row becomes one QR code. Fix any flagged rows inline, apply one design to the whole batch, and generate. Static batches (up to 500 per batch) run entirely in your browser and need no account; dynamic batches create a real, editable QR code per row on your FreeQR account and respect your plan's dynamic QR allowance, including the Free Forever entitlement.
Print-ready label sheets
Everyone can build and preview a label layout — page size, columns/rows, margins, and which fields (name, reference, destination) appear on each label. Downloading the finished, print-ready PDF is available on the Starter plan and above. Sheets use real millimetre dimensions for A4 or US Letter, so printing at 100%/"Actual size" keeps QR codes true to size.
